What does it mean to be a member of ZADNA?

.za Domain Name Authority (ZADNA) is the statutory regulator and manager of the .ZA -the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for South Africa.

ZADNA is a not-for-profit organisation that manages and regulates the .za namespace. 
ZADNA is accountable to the South African Department of  Telecommunications and Postal Services, but does not receive government funding which means it is exempted from complying with the PublicFinance Management Act.
