How to install Joomla with the Softaculous Site Installer

Two options available:

Option 1: The quickest and the easiest way to install Joomla is via Softaculous from inside the cPanel:
1. Log in to your cPanel.
2. Navigate to the Software/Services section.
3. Click on the Softaculous icon.
4. Click on Joomla under Portals/CMS in the left navigation menu.
5. Click on the Install tab on the Overview page.
6. Select the domain where you want to install it.
7. Enter a Directory and Database name.
8. Enter Site Name and Site Description.
9. Enter Admin Username, Password, Real Name and Email.
10. Click the Install button.
You’ll get a message in a moment confirming the successful installation of Joomla.

Option 2: Install WordPress via Softaculous from inside your EziWeb Client Area:
1. Login to your EziWeb client account.
2. Go to the My Accounts tab.
3. On this page, you will find a list of all of your builder/hosting accounts with EziWeb.
4. Select the builder account you want to install Joomla or WordPress too and click on the Go to cPanel button under "Actions" in the left menu.
5. Scroll down to the Softaculous Apps Installer under "Software". Click on its icon or name.
6. Softaculous will open a new window. WordPress and Joomla will be available.
7. Select the Script Icon of your choice and click "Install".
8. The installer window will open. You may choose between "Quick Install" or "Custom Install" in the "Install" button. Custom Install allows you more options and control.
9. Select your administrative username, password and e-mail address. Note, that it is important to provide the correct email address because it will be used in case you forget your password or want to reset it. Once you filled in the information, press the Install button to complete the installation.
10. Once you filled in the information, press the "Install" button to complete the installation.
11. You will have an option to import Sample Data. This sample data is the Sample Data given in WordPress or Joomla.
12. After completing the Details click on "Submit" to complete the installation.
13. You will receive a detailed email with information on how to login to your new website.
